UK house prices have fallen 10.5% this year, says Nationwide Building Society

The average price of a home has dropped by £20,000 down to £164,654, losing 10.5% of its value in 2008. Property values fell by 1.9% in the past month, and 1.5% in July. Monday, September 7, 2015 The US economy added 173,000 jobs in August, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported on Friday. The unemployment rate fell from 5.3 to 5.1 percent, the lowest since April 2008. Although August job gains were lower than most economists forecast, job growth numbers for June and July were revised upwards by a combined 44,000.
